What we collect

Night Sky Index has no user accounts and asks for no personal information. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, approximate location, device type). Analytics data is collected via cookies and is not used to identify you personally.

Affiliate links

When you click a booking link, you are redirected to our partner Stay22 and then to a booking platform (such as Booking.com or Expedia). From that point their privacy policies apply. The redirect includes no personal data from us — only the destination you clicked and an identifier telling the partner the click came from this site.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard technical server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) for security and operations.

Your rights

You can browse with cookies disabled or with an ad/tracker blocker; the site works fine without analytics. For any privacy request, contact hello@nightskyindex.com.
